Pizza Aroma has great gourmet pizza and El Salvadoran food. I especially love the pupusas

Tasty slices with interesting combinations of fresh ingredients (e.g. black beans and fresh avocado). One slice is a meal for me.

Good pizza and tamales. Also serve other central American food. Tasy food. Bathrooms are small but fairly clean.

This place pizza is not worth buying!!The wings are like slimy meat with no crispyness to it. Call the owner and told him about this Disgusting food that he made himself, and he just hung up on me.People stay away from this place. Your going to waste your money on nasty food that’s over priced.

Great food! Always has the best selection of slices, convenient, friendly, and owned/staffed by very hardworking people who handle their business with respect for all in every circumstance.

The pizza was good and reasonably priced. It would have been nice to see the owner wear some gloves while handling our food though. We told him what slices we wanted and he just started grabbing away. At least wash your hands for us to see before you start touching the food. The coca cola was delicious and FLAT

Great pizza with some unusual varieties - salad pizza and black bean with avocado pizzas are my favorite. The restaurant is quite small and does not have a lot of seating inside - only a handful of tables that can seat 4 people.

Pizza is terrific. Authentic crispy NY style crust. Also offer Latin foods. When I have praised the food to locals, their response has been "it looks dirty." It's not, but the dining area could use some updating.

I ordered a veggie pizza with no cheese (vegan). Unfortunately was immediately turned off by the amount of spinach when I opened the box.. it was like a thick blanket of wet wilted spinach and the tiniest amount of other toppings. Only a trace of red sauce. The crust was good but was baked on coarse cornmeal that crunched in my teeth. The people who run the place are nice but I would not come back here for pizza.

Been many times. Owners warm & welcoming. El Salvadoran pizza. Just wonderful, w/topping varieties not available elsewhere. Full pizzas to by-the-slice. Delivery available.

What a local treasure to have in our community. Besides the amazing pizza do try the Latino plates like meatballs and papusas.

Probably my favorite pizza in Ithaca. I love thin crust and they have some lovely and unusual toppings (including a tortellini pizza) and the Salvadoran food is great too.

Best pizza in town. And the El Salvadorian food is great too. I'd recommend the tamales.

Great pizza. Thin crust, NYC style, but they do the whole cornmeal crust thing, giving the crust both a bit more crunch and a bit more toothiness. Selection of toppings are top notch, with large selection by the spice and some unique options. Among the best pizza in Ithaca.As good as the pizza is they also have (wait for it)... Salvadoran food. Like, what? That's awesome. The Salvadoran fare is hot bar style, very limited selection, but tastes very authentic and delicious. Try the papusas!

Truly the best pizza in Ithaca. Many gourmet quality pizza slices to choose from. Very friendly service. A great place for a quick bite or a meal.

Visiting Ithaca - I returned to Pizza Aroma and expectations met yet again! I remember when the place opened 22 years ago- toppings always fresh and the same guy still behind the counter making and serving the pizza. Now gluten free- I knew I wasn't going to be served an authentic pizza dough but the toppings made up for it-- white garlic base, spinach, artichokes and feta - with a dash of avocado. Delicious! So many new speciality pizzas to try!

If you're looking for a place that has good food & quick service this is it. If you're looking for a sterile, generic, corporate food chain atmosphere, this isn't your place. The owner makes most of the pizzas himself and uses quality ingredients.The pizza is amazing. I recommend the "Salad Pizza". Or if your not in the mood for pizza, try the Tamales, they are straight out of Central America, just like the owner of this great place.

Don't let the dingy appearance of the signs and restaurant fool you. Great gourmet pizza, scrumptious salvadorian food, all at a great price with friendly service.

Excellent Pizza every time! Fresh basil n garlic our favorite! Been coming here for years each time we visit Ithaca. No worries the man behind the counter will make it amazing! But what's up with the cities new stupid meter parking (go back to normal meters). Great way to kill local businesses not kewl!

I've eaten pizza from Pizza Aroma a few times now. Every time I do, I think I'm eating cardboard. NY-style crust is great and I've got nothing against it but this pizza just lacks the depth of flavor that makes good pizza good.There are too many pizza options in Ithaca to settle for Pizza Aroma.

This Salvadoran place is probably the only good Latinx food place in ith. the pupusas are AMAZING!

Dingy hole-in-the-wall with good pizza and friendly service. They can make pizzas both gluten-free and dairy-free.

Just ordered a 16" pepperoni pizza and 10 wings online...the topping was good cheese and pepperoni but the crust was the color, thickness, and texture of an asphalt shingle....blackened with enough cornmeal, so that shingle was a perfect description...the wings were braised, ie fried at some point and then oven roasted til they were fall-off-the-bone tender..while I am from Buffalo, and thus fussy about pizza, anyone should be embarrassed to serve that pizza..the wings would have been fine at a senior citizens get-together!

Wonderful great big juicy slices. I found one slice of the chicken pizza to be a complete meal well worth the price. Very nice staff too.
